Who we are
FIU Ready (www.fiuready.com) provides browser, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel tools that check report structure and field rules transcribed from published regulator sources. We are an independent product. We are not Google, Microsoft, FINTRAC, FinCEN, AUSTRAC, or any financial institution.
What the product does
The website form/bulk surfaces, the Google Sheets editor add-on, and the Excel Office.js task pane run local pre-file validation. They do not authenticate to a regulator, do not submit or file reports, and do not provide a filing acknowledgment. Production filings must still pass the regulator's own system. Form validation and Bulk CSV ingest stay free; Sheets, Excel, other Bulk formats, and some download/export features may require a paid license.
No warranty for filing outcomes
Checks are provided as-is, without warranty that a report will be accepted by any FIU. Rule packs can lag published updates; some registry or compound checks are listed but not fully enforced locally. You remain responsible for compliance and for filing through the regulator's channel.
Acceptable use
Use the product only for lawful pre-file quality checks on reports you are authorized to handle. Do not use it to impersonate a regulator, to claim filings were submitted when they were not, or to process data you are not allowed to process under applicable privacy and AML rules.
Google Sheets add-on
Installing the add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace (or via a test deployment) is subject to Google's terms in addition to these terms. Validation runs in your Google account; we do not receive your spreadsheet contents through this website.
Microsoft Excel add-in
Sideloading or installing the Excel Office.js add-in is subject to Microsoft's terms in addition to these terms. Validation runs in your workbook via Office.js; we do not receive your workbook contents through this website. AppSource distribution, when available, will use the same privacy and terms URLs. Sheets and Excel may require a paid license purchased on this site; Form and Bulk remain free.
